Terrible service. I've been requesting for an agent to adjust my policy for years and no one has contacted me. I'm ready to cancel but then I lose my investment.

Company has horrible customer service. I canceled my life policy because I found a better option. After all the forms were signed and I received an email showing the final agreement to cancel, they charged me again. When I asked about this, their (in another country) customer service agent wasted my time with useless information and claimed they charged me because they take up to 10 DAYS to process. Even though I ALREADY got the final agreement 5 days prior showing they had accepted it. I got the run around and when I asked ... read more
