This service comes every Saturday to my neighbors house. He consistently shows up before 7am and starts the loud equipment waking the kids and retired folks. The neighbors and myself have had enough. Next time you start before 7am(the noise ordinance time) we will call west Manchester town ship police. Yea lawn looks decent but no care for the 19 houses other than his customer on the block.
