I brought my ex mother in law here to see Dr Bankaru. We got there at 1:30 for her 2:00 appt. She was finally seen at 3:15 after they took other patients back that came in after us. He is a fine doctor, if... you can understand him. But, the ladies that work the front desk are a different subject. Rude and ignored me when I had questions. Bit my tongue even though they were rude and sort with me.

Dr Bankaru has been my husband's Kidney specialist for three years he is excellent at his care for my husband and waiting to see him in in the waiting area at his clinic is not excessive his staff are courteous and helpful
on my first vist i was scared and did not know what to expect, the front desk had two of the nicest ladies who spent time explaining every thing. the docor ,doctor snood was so friendly kind and assured me that we would find a plan to make me healthier i thank you marilyn mann
The receptionist violated HIPPA laws by discussing my personal business over the phone without verifying who I was or consulting with the doctor about what was actually being asked over that call... she debated with me about what was discussed between the doctor & I. She was very rude & unprofessional.
