Worst company to go threw my mother and I bought mobile homes from these ppl ( Joann and Jeff Truelove) and they took our places after we paid them off. They tried to add $8000 on my lease saying the original was a mess up and then kicked us out all because we caught on to their scam. Jeff will walk into your house with kids and wife in bath and say he can do what he wants they. Are fake Christian wannabes but they need to be stopped this is crazy they keep getting away with this.
