I Love Dr Cindy Marrow she is the best, but her staff of buffoons are useless and non caring , we had a death in the family on the day of my Wife's visit, I called 8:00 in the morning to let them know that she would not be in at 3:00pm, I asked if we would be we charged an the person on the phone said no. My wife had to go for pre op and was told that she owed 50.00 dollars for for the missed visit plus the 40.00 for that days visit . Front staff is useless. They’re careless and nonchalant. Very unfortunate because the doctors are nice. My staff complains about them also. My family will be changing pcps. We’re all leaving to a new practice. Very disgusting no wonder they have a sign in the office asking the public not to be rude to them they’re trying to help. No they’re not. They’re slow and don’t know how to send you to the right person. Good riddance.
