If permitted, I would leave a 0 star review for their front desk staff. They are very uninformed, condescending and argumentative. We have experienced this twice now. I spoke with one of the doctors about this and got no help. I have never managed a medical practice. I have managed a 500+ person law firm and its obvious to me that they need a new office manager and need to Immediately terminate certain front desk staff.
Absurdly poor service... running a hour late right after opening.. rude, disrespectful, all the decent doctors have bolted for greener pastures... avoid at all cost
