Older than the hills tv, poor customer service one person to the next seems to not fully know the rules, pool said to be open til 10 yet there isn't even a light in the pool room once it is dark outside, don't even ask for extra towels they charge you and you have to use your bathing towel for the pool as well, front desk KNEW we were cooking dinner in our room as I had to take one of our meals to have them finish cooking in their office microwave because the one in our room is of poor quality.... nothing ever stated we coul... read more
