Good sales experience but my old plate was not returned and trying to get an answer now is like pulling teeth. Update: Relooked at my paperwork and I was totally TAKEN for a ride. Ruthless. It’s been years since I’ve dealt with them but I’m still paying in my gravely upside down lease to this day.
Just picked up a 2026 Kona SEL Premium today, probably the 5th new Hyundai or so my family has gotten from them in the last few years. We pass by 2 or 3 other dealers, just to go to colonial because of the service! Chris the manager, and James my salesman this time around were both fantastic as usual! Painless negotiations… quick and easy delivery! Best team in the area if you’re looking for a Hyundai or pre-owned car! Plus their brand new dealership is knocked out! 10 out of 10 beautiful place. Highly recommend!
The people were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
