Had my very nice truck serviced there and they damaged it. By both scratching the door and cracking my ford emblem on the grill with camera. After the service manager argued with me about if they did it or not it was determined they did. Which I obviously knew and felt insulted that I would even be questioned. They aggreed to fix it however it caused a bad carfax on my truck. Also now my front camera does not work and there are blemishes in paint from shoddy work. Appreciated the non-pressure salesperson as well as the thorough detailing of the car we were interested in. Salesperson was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Both the sales manager and the Head of Maintenance introduced themselves. Spoke at length with the Head of Maintenance and was impressed with what they offer their customers.
They were holding a car for me to see/purchase for my daughter. They called me right before I left to make sure I was going to check it out and I told them I’d be there in about 60-90 minutes. I drove almost an hour and a half to get there only to be told the car was sold between the time they called me and the time I got there. Instead of calling to tell me they sold the car and save me the 3 hour round trip they waited until I got there and then they tried to upsell me. Kenneth did a great sales job. The purchase process, however, was dreadfully slow. We literally sat at the salesmans desk for two hours.
