I was disappointed with the service. Would not recommend to anyone. Treated like a 2nd class citizen no respect. I went in and when the financing became a challenge the manager and staff left me sitting with no updates and finally asked me to leave because his computer was down. I had already been approved by another Hyundai dealer bit wanted Another option. Manager could have been honest and said they could not help me. I went on to purchase my 2019 Hyundai two days later.

Went to Colonial to look at a Santa Fe but, unfortunately, the vehicle had been sold earlier in the day. The staff at Colonial listened to my needs and requests and suggested I take a look at another vehicle. My wife and I agreed and wound up purchasing a fantastic vehicle and are extremely happy with our experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either a new or used car! Sold me a 2005 Jeep, before getting it Financed. Now we have a Problem. Update. Dealer called and said to come by Saturday to sign another set of papers,which stated the new lower price for the jeep, but the payment would remain the same, per month and same years. Sounds fishy to me.
