I will start by saying the SALES team is great But the SERVICE team is TERRIBLE!! They don’t seem to care or have any urgency for customers. Almost like we’re bothering them for coming in! Unbelievable The woman at the desk was extremely rude yesterday with us. “Lost” our reservation for an oil change after driving and hour to be there, on time too She then tells me it will be another 2 hours with absolutely no concern or sympathy The whole service team is incompetent!! We just purchased a used Honda CRV from Colonial Honda and had a very efficient and positive experience. After finding a few vehicles on cars.com, Colonial was our first (and last) stop on our car shopping journey. We found the right car for us, quickly negotiated the price and were able to purchase the car on the spot. They even added a few extras after we closed the deal, and delivered the car to our home, registered and fully detailed.
