The owner for this place is the definition of nonsense. I literally came and left the bathroom better than how I got it. But was deducted $20.00 from my deposit. When I came the bathroom had mold (especially the ceiling) and the window was filthy. The owner is talking to me as if she knows what is going on at the apartment. I used "10x cleaning power toilet bowl cleaner" I let it sit for more than 5 mins and it couldn't help the toilet. Horrible ownership, they charge student for mold and stains that have been in that apartment for ages.
Just your average apartments.
Would honestly love to give this place a five, In fact I think I will... Management has been wonderful for the last 2 years at least, the amenities are all you need... The only thing is that the place is older and occasionally there are issues that reflect that. But for the price, space, amenities, management, and location, I don't think colonial houses can be beat.
