very pleased with cleaning and friendly employees
I actually enjoy coming to this dentist. Dr. Creech really took care of me. her assistant is sweet and put me at ease. Ill be coming back.
Dr. Shepherd and his staff are the best I have ever had to treat my dental needs.
From the moment I entered the front door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. On my first visit, the hygenist cleaned my teeth, gently but thoroughly. She was very pleasant, and gave me some education about my dental hygiene that was very helpful. When I returned to have a couple of fillings done, I couldn't have felt more relaxed. Having the option to use the nitrous oxide gas was nice, too. Dr. Creech did excellent work, and her friendly but professional manner gave me confidence in her ability.
Awesome customer service. You really have a good process in place for the patient from check in to check out.

The service was friendly and professional from my first phone call through the time I paid for mine and my son's first visit. Thank you to the whole staff for making us feel comfortable and like you wanted us as patients. That is rare to find anymore.
The receptionist was very comforting when I walked into the office. I was running a couple of minutes behind, and she assured me that it was okay. The dental hygienist was welcoming, friendly, efficient and informative, and took her time with me. Dr. Creech was friendly. I had not met her before. She also took her time and was thorough with her examination.
The staff is very friendly and skilled. The office provides a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant experience.
