We have to been living here since 2 years and almost 3 and everything is good but the staff and the people are really not helping us we have been telling them since so many months to change our refrigerator but they are giving us excuses that it's our fault that's not good they need to understand they told us to do this and that and we also did that but no response not happy with this service
Updating my review to a more appropriate rating. Maintenance used to be very good, but has declined a lot over the past year or so. Expect to get the landlord special in your apartment if you need repairs. Aside from that, it's a decent complex to live in, relatively quiet. Compared to other apartments in the area, the apartments are spacious and decently maintained (when you move in). I am living in this place for 2.5 years. And it is a BAD EXPERIENCE for a number of reasons: 0- Lease renewal flexibility is UNAVAILABLE.. Only yearly lease terms for renewal! 1- Flooring is very old, and it makes loud squeaking noise while we are walking. You could wake up someone who is a heavy sleeper even by walking on your tiptoes. And door closing/opening sound. Best place to live , everything is close by great for Indian brown people it’s a brown neighborhood with a lot of South Indian people with great culture very peaceful people
