Horrible customer service!!!!! Purchased a Westport home , they installed my heating and cooling unit in my home and basically half butt installed it( that's an understatement) I was told 5 years on my heating unit with a new home , they have come our multiple times and fixed my a/c and have replaced one part at least 3 times In the last 4 years, and fixed another part prior to that.
