Had them out 8/21/24 to service burner. Said Pump needed replacing. Replaced pump. Lost heat yesterday and he sends me a message that i should get someone else because it’s going to be cold and he is away. I got someone competent here. Turns out the pump pressure was never set properly and was so low that it caused the furnace to shut down. Not dust OR lint as he assumed… so we basically paid for nothing. Will never use again. Doesnt care if his customers go cold because of HIS ERRORS. And he has someone helping him and BOTH... read more
Had them service our boiler and flush the baseboard supply. They did a great job.
Jim & Debbie were experienced & knowledgeable, performed a cleaning & fixed a problem. In all the years I have never had my boiler run so quietly & efficiently. They were 5 stars
