Terrible apartment complex. Look elsewhere when searching for an apartment. When moving out they will charge you for any and everything. The cost of any hole including pin holes and/or nail holes is $7 per hole. Also you must have the apartment professionally cleaned. We cleaned the apartment ourselves upon moving out and were charged for the apartment not being cleaned professionally. It also states in the contract that you must professionally clean the carpets or they will charge you $90.
