The other night I had an issue with my lock. Leigh got in contact with me, and Miguel from maintenance was quick to respond and offer support. Furthermore this afternoon he came by again to reinstall a new lock as well as make sure it was good to go for me through using the app. This is a nice community with a good, kind, professional management team and staff. Thank you for the support, being attentive and following up.
Miguel and Chase are top notch! Always prompt with a smile. Always get a quick response and resolution when reporting an issue with maintenance. Miguel and his crew are wonderful and go above and beyond. Its always a pleasure.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed every minute. The staff is top-notch and they are very responsive to anything that needs to be done. The grounds are always manicured and well maintained. The location is great and near shopping and the beach. It is a wonderful place to live. I would highly recommend MAA Traditions to anyone.
Miguel worked in our bathroom yesterday and it looks brand new. He treated mold in the ceiling, then painted. He also cleaned the ac vent and exhaust fan grill. Clean white ceiling now. Miguel is a kind man and is always friendly and courteous. Much thanks!
All the people who work here at the Traditions are so nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing! I accidentally dropped my car keys in the trash compactor this morning. Miguel climbed in there and tried to find them. It was probably an impossible task but it made me feel so much better that he actually tried. Anytime I have an issue at my apartment someone from the maintenance crew often comes the same day to fix it. Again thank you Miguel for trying to find my keys!
