This is hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, and that’s not an exaggeration. Traditions is a complete disaster from top to bottom. The staff is wildly incompetent, unresponsive, and seemingly has no idea what’s going on at any given time. Trying to get a straight answer to a simple question is impossible, and nothing ever gets resolved without multiple follow-ups—if it gets resolved at all. Everyone here at Traditions is so nice and helpful. The maintenance guys always come and fix anything needed so quickly. Often the same day. Few months ago Miguel even tried to find my car keys from the trash compactor as I threw them in accidentally. This week Lee and Cody in the office helped me as I thought I had lost my mailbox keys. It’s always something with me 😂 also, my laptop is not charging at the moment so Cody helped me uploading my rental insurance documents to the correct site.
