This is an economy apartment priced like a luxury one. Old finishes, unreliable appliances, dirty carpet, damaged walls and a permanent smell in the laundry room. My unit had two separate roach infestations, and upon leaving I noticed roach shells in the cupboards again. If you're looking at unit #1089 in building #19 beware it's had history of roaches.
