As a long-time resident of MAA Old Town for the past three years, I can confidently say that this community has been more than just a place to live - it has become like a second family to me. From the moment I stepped foot into this welcoming and supportive environment, I know I had found a special place to call home. The maintenance Scott has gone above and beyond in ensuring that the property is well-maintained and safe for all residents.
Just moved in, Taylor and Ellison greatly helped me with my first time moving out. So far it looks like an amazing area, unit, staff etc.
Ellison came within 36 hours to check out my broken microwave- assessed that it needed to be replaced and completed the replacement promptly.
After living at this location for three years and my favorite part of living here is the community. When our cat went missing, the leasing office and maintenance team all helped out. We have made friends at the pool and with our neighbors. And a special shout out to Adam, from the maintenance team, he is the absolute best- a great person and great at his job! He is always around and responds to any issues right away, gets to know residents personally, and will go out of his way to check on you.
