1. Maintenance & Safety Neglect Faulty stove burner dangerously overheated; never fixed despite reports of injury risk. Smoke alarms were overly sensitive. Smart home systems (thermostat, lights, door, washer) frequently malfunctioned. Gym TV was broken for months; only fixed after repeated requests. 2. Loved these apartments!! Totally recommend them, we had a 13 month lease and has been the only apartment we have felt like actually home especially letting big dog breeds! maintenance is always ready! And I love Lakesha she is very kind and helpful we moved to a house now but if we needed to stay more time we would renovate
Maintenance team is best hands down
The MAA maintenance team is always responsive and the property is well maintained. Lakeesha and the office team are very friendly and helpful. Been a resident with MAA properties in the area for 2+ years
