My roommate and I have lived here for 6 months, and I wanted to love this place so much as it has so much potential, but I unfortunately cannot recommend this complex for several reasons outlined below: - first and foremost, the cockroaches!! I’ve lived in dozens if apartments across the southern states, and never have I seen so many cockroaches inside the apt! Megan was absolutely the best! I had so many complications and she was patient and caring every second of the way, I appreciate her attention to detail and her sense of urgency! If you’re moving in here I would request her no questions asked!
I have no idea how this complex has 4.5 stars. When you see reviews stating, "everyone should have a time as magical as this one", it seems odd. Our experience here was overall not good. BUGS... SO many bugs. Before we rented here, I read multiple reviews stating there was a bug problem. I called the leasing office and was assured they just switched companies and had no complaints now.
