The longer we live here the more we find nasty stuff left from previous tenants. There was super old dried animal feces on top of kitchen cabinets.
Lakeesha was sooo friendly professional and helpful.
We moved in expecting a clean and well-maintained apartment, as promised by management, but were immediately met with serious cleanliness and pest issues. The unit had dead bugs, roaches(have seen over 10 in the daytime within a week of being here), rodent droppings, broken fixtures, and strange odors upon move-in. Despite reporting these problems right away, getting any resolution has been a frustrating and slow process. Lakeesha made our move in process seamless. The community is great with nice amenities and events. The apartment itself is nice with plenty of space.
We moved here with short notice from Asheville following Hurricane Helene. Lakeesha helped us, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process of becoming tenants. When a garage closer to our unit became available after signing our lease, Lakeesha reached out to let us know and adjusted our lease to get us into the closer garage unit. She saw to every last detail. Now we are tenants and it's been such a great experience - we love our unit and community. Highly recommend!
