I just finished a 13-month lease at Matthews Commons and I'm firm in giving a 5-star rating! -The office staff is lovely and professional on top of always having the answers to standard and more in-depth questions. - The community is incredibly clean and well maintained, litter is highly uncommon, and during the Summer season, landscaping is kept up immaculately! -The maintenance guys are friendly and extremely punctual. I love their set up and the community is so welcoming
We had such a good experience, I was helping my mom find a new apartment adn we were looking for a safe and clean environment for her. The people at the leasing office were so helpful and really listened to our concerns and needs. We found a home for my mom and we feel that was in large part to the great customer service skills of the employees there. Thank you for listening to us and making us feel great about our choice.
