This property is a very special find. It's a great location with restaurants and shopping very close. Super cute Apartments and grounds. Excellent price as well. What is the cherry on the cake & what really makes this place special and feel like home is Deborah and Lakeisha. I've lived in two different MAA properties over the past 8 years. The apartments at Matthews Commons are by far my favorite; I've been here for 3-years and have no complaints. The office staff is awesome and take great care of their residents. If you're looking, I would absolutely recommend this complex! The grounds are esthetically pleasing, and their maintenance team is superb!
Please bring new management to this property. It could be a good place to live.
Call Lakisha and Deborah we're so wonderful. They went above and way beyond to help us with the process for our new apartment. Lakisha even called me to disclose that they did change the carpet already because I told her I was allergic to carpet glue. That's integrity you can trust.
