The units are in a nice location, within walking distance of Publix and Main Street. I had a 3BR2Ba and was there for almost 4 years. It is more expensive than most, but you know that going in. The issue we had came about after we moved out. We were on the first floor and had several leaks over the years from the unit above. The maintenance (who are/were great) come out, cut a hole in the ceiling, and put a large blower in the unit to dry it out.
