As a resident at MAA Huntersville, I just wanted to thank Noah, who is part of the office staff, for always being so kind and helpful whenever I call in with a concern or problem. Scott, who is part of the maintenance staff, is also right on top of any maintenance concern and is always so friendly when I see him around the property. Thanks to all who make this property feel like home.
This is my second time living at this community. I was first here back in 2012 and really enjoyed it. Decided to move back this past January, and really enjoy it again! The staff is really responsive to everything, and they are really polite. Just had an ice cream social for the residents, which was a nice surprise. You can't beat the location if you need to live in Huntersville. I've lived at MAA Huntersville for a few years now. There have been ups and downs having to deal with loud neighbors, but those situations were quickly resolved by management. Yesterday I had an urgent situation to take place in my apartment and I walked up to the office to let Noah know what was going on. That maintenance was needed immediately.
