Update: After posting my review, the property manager contacted me and assured me that they’re doing everything possible to have a lock installed this summer. They also promised to take action regarding the group that hosted the recent party. I also want to add that there are still things we genuinely appreciate about this community — especially the maintenance team, who are always quick, helpful, and professional in resolving any issues. Came here twice for a tour and ended up leasing an apartment. Rena was amazing 10/10 super super nice and helpful and make the whole experience absolutely perfect!!
My wife and I visited this location and the other one in Cornelius. Vance was very helpful and kind. He was able to show us many options within our budget. Donna, the property manager, was also very helpful and provided us a great experience
