I would not recommend living in Colonial Village- Godley Lake. We had mold twice, which took them over a month to fix. Then we had the above neighbor who had a leak in one of the pipes and which that clause it to leak into our closet outside all over our things. We have had one manager tell us one was ok and then the other tell us we made it up and they had know idea why the other managers said that which costs us 200 extra dollars. In all my years of living in rental units, Colonial Grand by far is the worst ever. The management is completely inept, the apartments are roach infested, the amenities are minimal and disgusting, the walls are paper thin and the apartment are extremely noisy. Don't be crazy enough to rent here; I'm breaking my lease ASAP!!!al favorite, or highly recommended because
Rude staff, incompetent maintanence workers, filthy, unkempt facilities. Just don't.
I lived at the Park for a year and was happy in the beginning. We made many phone calls and emails about damage done to the apartment and issues we had. They did not respond quickly and waited til there was damage. I had thought there was possible mold and voiced my opinion about it but nothing was done to fix it. There was water damage in the bathroom and living room. I showed them pictures and video and all the did was spray paint of the mold water damage on the walls. The apartments are a little old however maintained well. The complex is on high ground and is covered in foliage. Many tress supply ample shade and cooling.Good value for the area.
