After living at the Colonial Grand at Ayrsley as my lease comes to an end there are a few concerns that I had living here and it is not worth the money. The office staff shows no consideration as to online payment system after paying on time every month. When you put in a order they do the minimum to make sure things are fixed accurately. My ceiling has a leak that was never repaired even after a order was placed when I first moved into the apartment. Our records indicate that all her service requests have been taken care of on time, and we have not received any additional maintenance complaints from her. Community events offer a great platform to bring all residents together, and it is our goal to make these events fun for all.
