One star is being generous. Horrible business practice, do not use their services.
Horrible. right out of the gate they wanted all money down. The fine print said otherwise so they held to the fine print. 50 down, 40 install complete, 10 inspected and legally running with the county. Then, Colonial out of Sanford FL disappeared. No contact, phones down. Our contract included the first year warranty service. They have yet to contact and I am unable to contact for scheduling. I contacted the PA office and they said they forwarded the request to the Sanford office. Again, I think they disappeared. Since my co... read more
Generator installation went reasonably well however, Colonial Generators Sanford, Fl. failed to notify Generac HQ of our installation. Consequently, Generac has no record of our 10 year warranty which we paid for and was included in our purchase agreement.
