i lived there from 1970-72. i was 6 years old and i remember it like it was yesterday. Quite possibly the best time of my life! Especially the winter with all the snow.
Although I don’t live there, I have worked for the owner for over 10 years. Quite a few years ago, he moved closer so he could take better care of it. He loves that complex. He has done many upgrades over the years. It’s a beautiful location.
The Landlord is a good dude. If you have a problem with something just let him know or the manager and he will make things happen. Been here going on 5yrs. and have no complaints. Surrounded by woods and neighbors have always been respectful and looks out for each other.
The landlord so far is a great guy. Very responsive. He gave my kids and I a chance when others would not or had too many requirements to meet. Our townhouse is extremely cozy and will be very easy to make into a home. Its in a very peaceful and relaxing location. I would recommend our apartment/townhouse complex to anyone looking for a place to call home. I believe he has available units currently. I'm also fairly certain that they will go fast.
