Amy is the best! She is attentive, professional and personable. Amy has been a blessing into making this move easier for me. She made colonial gardens instantly feel like home to me. The property is clean, quiet and super cute. Highly recommend!
Amy is the absolute greatest PM. If i need help day or night, shes there. I been here for a few years. Its pretty quiet. Apt is nice size for 3br. Huge playground. Lots of squirrels to watch. Amy goes above and beyond for us. Unlike most complexes who just want you in for the money, Amy truly cares about us. She does what she says, and keeps her promises. She absolutely will help in any way she can.
The atmosphere is relaxing, with clean units, good parking and friendly neighbors. The staff are quick to respond to maintenance needs. Our favorite thing about this place is the property manager, Amy. She went the extra mile to help us through the application process. On top of that, she's super personable, caring and accommodating. We love this place!
Been trying to get intouch with this office for almost a year no one ever answers phone or reply to email.
