I have lived here at Colonial Gardens for over 5 years and I love it here! I appreciate everything Amy (our manager) does for me, and our community, she truly cares. She's great!! Maintenance (Billy) comes the same day! Amazing team! Thank you!!
I’ve been having issues getting in touch with the landlord and the property management team. I have urgent concerns and questions. I’ve left several voicemails, emails, texts, and it’s been since June when I moved in since I’ve heard from anybody. If somebody sees this please give me a call!
Amy has been so helpful with our move in process and making sure everything is the way it needs to be! My wife use to live here years ago and now we have moved in together and she has been great.
I've been here for a little.over 7 years and they really take great care of their tenants and property. I had a leak in my sink, I texted Amy( the manager ) in the morning, she was on it, because it was fixed that day. They take great care of their tenants here. Great place to live , neighborhood is awesome , and the vibe is just great for kids and families, anyone who wants a safe place to live. We love it here
Amy is amazing!! She’s so helpful. Answered any questions I had. Also is just so sweet. I’m so excited to be moving here! Seems like a wonderful place with wonderful people.
