I feel truly at home here. It’s been such a wonderful experience since living here. We have been very lucky to have such a good manager, Amy!! She has been so understanding and helpful with anything we’ve needed help with and getting us a real home! I’m always so appreciative of how great she is to us and all of the staff have been since moving here. We have been waiting for months for a call or even tried stopping by there no one is ever there I would love to get information on when that place would be ready ive been waiting for a while we last talked to Amy she gave us a note and everything that we are on a waiting list im wondering when it will be ready how much longer yall have my number and my documentation as well please have Amy give us a call
Why can my Daughter and Son in Law not get information on their apartment they have given down-payment on and everything. They are supposed to have an apartment August 1st and it's 24 July and they have been told nothing. This is Piss poor business.
General unwillingness to actually fix anything has made our experience living here less than favorable. When we had a flooding issue from upstairs, it was determined that the fault was ours and all they wanted to do was to bring in fans to dry the destroyed carpet. The manager would have rathered let water flow into my apartment for 3 hours instead of going upstairs and addressing the issue.
