My daughter currently lives in these apartments and they are horrible. Everything is painted over or carpeted over so that the initial viewing looks great....until you move in! Appliances that dont work, dry rotted walls and window moldings, want to know your neighbors business? YOU WILL, with the paper thin walls. Other tenants and the maintenance crew are rude and good luck getting in touch with managment! Dont move here!
This place is poorly managed and the apartments need a lot of updating.
Referred to this apartment and thought I would check it out, but the manager refused to return any of my calls. Finally got through on my 10th call to make an appointment. Showed up and the office was empty...at noon on a Tuesday. Left a message, never got a call. A former tenant told me the manager rarely shows up at the office. Very poorly managed. Then I found these reviews. Not even gonna try to get in contact again.
I cant wait to move out of this apartment! The landlord is lazy, incompetent, and a two face. The apartments are horrible, the community is the lowest trash I have ever scene, the cops are here all the time. Please dont fall for the decent price and free heat....you cannot control the heat and it is freezing all the time during the winter b/c the heaters are ancient. The plumbing is terrible it leaked toilet water all over the floor and my mat. She harbors a psychotic old man in apartment 25 or 24 who fights with every tenan... read more
