If you have any other option whatsoever, do not move here. The grounds are constantly covered in garbage and dog poop, maintenance requests are either ignored or completed with the bare minimum of effort, and there’s always a homeless guy wandering around the complex. Our neighbors consistently block the outer door from closing and have broken the door several times to stop it from locking. Rent here is cheap but not cheap enough to make it worth living here. I pray for the day my lease is up.

Not threatening tenants during a national pandemic. Maybe looking for ways to help them manage rather than assessing late fees and only giving an extra 4 weeks before seeking eviction - Which considering the uncertainties of this pandemic may not be enough for people to manage to recoup.
I’m not a resident here I have properties I rent out and would never tell my tenants rent is due on time and late fees will be applied during this pandemic. Good luck in a court room LT this is an easy lose for you.
this place is disgusting, it is roach and bed bug infested
My complex has had mice for more than a year now and nothing management has done has fixed the problem. There's also crime, like 2 shootings so far this year and drug dealers hanging out in the lots. Trying to break my lease, but management wants a lot to do so.
Great discreet location in the back away from major highway. Access to direct bus routes, near by shopping centers 1-5 minutes away from major shopping centers. Giant foods, McD's, BK, Dollar General,Morsville Tavern, ect
