Where to start: I moved in March of 2017, the property has a pool, but they won't open it b/c they're cheap and don't want to pay the city for the handicap access. The Maintenance tech came in our apartment multiple times while living there, but office denied it. My boyfriend and I moved into a 1bd/1ba and before moving in the carpet smelled like urine, we notified management immediately.
