I usually don’t write reviews but I have been really frustrated with communication with management I have sent multiple emails and have also tried calling and visiting the office multiple times without receiving any response. Each time I’ve gone in person, the office appears to be closed, even though the hours listed both on the door and online state that the office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00

My experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the manager exhibited rude and bossy behavior, which made the visit uncomfortable. During our interaction, she often contradicted herself, saying one thing and then denying it later. This inconsistency added unnecessary confusion to the application process, making it overly complex.
