Not Bad Lived here for 3 years. First couple of years were excellent. My last year, management changed and so did the quality of the complex, and not in a good way. The communication was horrible. I will say if you work directly with Leigh, you'll be fine. She does everything she says she will do, and is quick to respond to inquiries. Maintenance does their job based within their means. However makes more sense to replace broken stuff vs. quick fixes on a regular basis.

Absolute worse place to live Have lived here for almost a year. The swimming pool has been closed the majority of the summer due to them not having a “permit.” The exercise room is storage, and my car along with my husband’s has been broken into as well. There is NO GATE. It doesn’t work, and security is not patrolling around here. Then they want to go up an extra $175 on rent. No one is going to pay that because the apartment is outdated, and again who will pay for ammenities we don’t have?! Came to fix the bathtub and neve... read more

This place sucks!! This place is the absolute worst. It's not gated as they say and your vehicle will get broken into and the front office does not care. There's roaches and rats and that's when they try to have someone come spray! The places are not up to date at all and the staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm sure someone that has lived out here didn't give this place over a 1 star. Don't move out here because if you try to end your lease your responsible until they find someone smh. Horrible I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the front desk staff are responsible for all of the 5 star reviews lol. Been here for 3 months and my car, and multiple of my neighbors cars have been broken into. This has been addressed to the front desk, and they say nothing. This is supposed to be a “safe, gated community.” The gate has not worked for years. It worked again once for 2 days. and then never again since. Please. Do not live here. Not worth it. It’s dirty, unsafe, and a waste of money.

I love it here I have been living in this complex going on two years. I have excellent neighbors and the property is always nice. The office staff is amazing and friendly especially Ms. Leigh. She is always there to answer questions and I like the way she know all of her residents on site. I look forward to living here for awhile!!!!

It's cool I have enjoyed my two years here in my apartment and in the past year all of the updates are looking really nice. Nothing bad to say about this complex my boyfriend and my experience has been really good. We would only ask for neighbors that didn't argue or talk extremely loud. The only reason we are leaving is because of the rent increase.
