Tim from parts was helpful and was thorough
Took what was way too long to repair my truck 5 months, lied about parts and ordering, delayed completion, rude, and honestly very messy. I’d choose any other ford dealer but them. General manager even lied to me about the parts and the process. He was unaware of the shop telling me they lied and lied to me to cover it up. Awful place to do business with. Never again!
