I had an excellent experience when I brought my F-150 in for Oil Change. It was my first experience with Colonial Ford. The service person was outstanding and I will certainly go again. A+ for Colonial Ford.
I bought my Bronco Sport in April and I love it, Tom Hardy was my sales representative and he was great to work with. I am giving my rating 2 stars because of my experience with Greg Russell for the financing. When I got home I noticed a $250 charge for maintenance on the purchase contract that I was not aware of. I called him to ask what it was, and he said it was so I could receive "free" maintenance when I needed service. I asked him how could it be free if I paid for it?
