Tom is an amazing service rep! He is knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. My service experience couldn't have gone smoother.
From buying my car through Brendan, to needing to put it in the shop, every one was super helpful. I was treated with respect the whole process was smooth and easy. Os was my service advisor and kept me in the loop about everything the whole time. I needed a rental when I dropped my car off, and that was super easy too. I am very pleased with this dealership and recommend them.
On 8/26 I brought in a 2012 Ford Explorer for a recall. The recall issue was repaired and I picked it up a few hours later.
Drop off was immediate - team was courteous and set reasonable expectations as to when my truck would be ready. They nailed it - could not be happier.
My 2017 Focus had a Ford "Customer Satisfaction" type recall. The dealership addressed it and made repairs right away. Everyone there was nice. Thanks, Brad!
