This was the worst experience I've had at a dealership. Extremely pushy sales tactics and lying/deceitful sales reps. I bought a used one ton dump truck here and they basically tried to flip it as fast as possible and it ended up having a long list of issues that their service staff never actually looked at or rectified before the sale. This is about my fifth or sixth vehicle purchase from Colonial Ford in two years. Top tier dealership with A+ customer service. The only dealership I’ll shop at for my personal and business vehicles. Ron, Dell, Brenden, Noah, whole Colonial team- OUTSTANDING!

I brought my mother’s 2016 Ford Explorer to Colonial Ford of Plymouth for service. As my mother is currently battling Stage 4 cancer, I stepped in to handle her affairs.
