Received flowers for my birthday- just disappointing. 2 carnations and 2 roses and a cheap white flower when an entire bouquet was ordered. To be honest I’ve gotten better quality roses at Walmart. They were half dead upon arrival. Seems like you blame this on the fact that you use 3rd party sellers. If you valued your reputations and your clients you’d choose not to do this if you can’t afford to make a reasonable bouquet with the profit.
My son and daughter in laws wedding flowers were exactly what they wanted and more. Absolutely lovely and looked fresh line they were just put together. All photos are turning out beautifully. I saw all the 1800flowers reviews and cannot believe the audacity of the negative reviews when the online agency are truly the issue. Amazing staff, excellent prices and flowers that are 100 times more beautiful than going to the grocery store. 5 stars forever!
The flowers are absolutely stunning and the owner truly goes above and beyond for her customers. I recommend calling the shop directly and ordering from the staff versus using the 3rd party service like 1800 flowers if you’re able. Small businesses like this are a dying breed and our community is lucky to have a flower shop that truly cares about its customers. You will not regret ordering your next floral arrangement or gift here!!
I usually do not write reviews but I was just so upset with how this was handled that I cannot let this go. For my parents 33rd anniversary I wanted to send them some flowers so I ordered a LARGE bouquet through 1-800-flowers which then colonial flower shoppe fulfilled the order. My parents were sent a small bouquet. I was trying to be understanding of the situation so I called and spoke to Debbie.
