I went to this flower store yesterday, 3/4/25, to ask about a flower arrangement for my grandmothers funeral. I was with my mom and dad, and it was for my dad’s mother’s funeral. First we asked to verify the order my aunt placed for the casket flowers so we could make sure there were roses for the grandkids on the order. My mother simply asked if there would be a ribbon that says ‘Mom’ on the casket flowers. My family went there on March 4th to pick out flowers for my grandmother’s funeral. The owner was incredibly rude, and when my sister asked about making a puppy shaped arrangement from the grandkids, and the owner responded gruffly “I’ve done those before and they are a pain in the ass!” There is no reason to mistreat people who just had a family member pass away, and they are trying to pick out something special. Save your time and money, and go to Cyprus House instead.

I called for my aunt in the hospital and gave exact detail that I wanted 50 dollars of red roses sent. I ended up finding out that the shop sent 8 flowers carnations and 3 daisies for 50 dollars. Stay away from this place it’s a scam. This is not what I ordered at all.

I've had two experiences with this shop. One was great.....after I won a valentines bouquet in a vase with chocolates.Two.....a most miserable experience that cost me 35 dollars for a miserable 5 flower, babies breath and greens arrangement not worth what I paid for. The person I dealt with had zero tact and a miserable personality. I'm sorry but I was really turned off by that older woman. A younger lady helped me and made the roughness better.
