I recently ordered a birthday bouquet for my dear friend. The Staff were polite and friendly to talk with and the arrangement is absolutely beautiful! My friend keeps telling me how wonderful the roses smell and how great the flowers are holding up. This place is a keeper!!

Very poor customer service...they charge you and don’t even give you what you asked for. I asked for fresh colorful flowers to be placed in a planter and all they did was put a colorful butterfly in it....no flowers. When trying to get a copy of a bill they can’t seem to get their act together to send it to you. Then they hang up on you because your upset for not receiving when they should have sent it 5 weeks ago. Poor business management!
