I had a very disappointing experience at Colonial Nursery today. I brought my elderly family member with me, and he needed to use the restroom. Even though we were already inside the building where the bathrooms were located, we were told he had to walk all the way back across a gravel road to use a porta potty instead. He struggles walking on gravel, making this unnecessarily difficult and unsafe. When we finally reached the porta potty, it was covered in feces and completely unsanitary. Favorite nursery ever! The staff’s knowledge makes this our go to for all of our planting needs. From pots, to privacy trees, to our growing garden we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I love this place. The plants are all best quality, the gardening advice is spot on and general customer service is outstanding.
