Having to watch my friend deteriorate, right before my eyes only because you would rather make a profit off of someone then to actually help them, IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If you have given B12 injections to someone prior. Why do you need proof after? This is clearly a FOR PROFIT clinic.
Never goto this place.
I have dangerously low b12. Causes limbs to give out and tingle. Mouth ulcers. Loss of balance and eye changes. Psychosis. It gets that low i have other records of this they wouldn't check. They wanted me to get sick to prove my defenciency. I tried and went insane and I couldn't move.. had to pay 120 dollars at urgent care trying to find dr stukes and wrnt to wrong one. I strongly recommend avoiding this urgent care center. My experience raised serious concerns about unethical and possibly discriminatory practices. It seems that certain patients receive special treatment and access to prescriptions, while others with legitimate medical needs are denied. On top of that, their billing system is a nightmare—overcharges, unclear fees, and resistance to providing transparent itemized statements. Inacurrate administration and medical billing. Rude receptionist, I got a bill $12k for someone that I never seen but somehow affiliated with Colonial Family health.
