Terrible customer service. They slander other companies, and other companies employees. From what I’ve heard they are paying under the table. The employees are lazy and don’t fully do the job correctly.
Do not use this Company! Colonial had the termite contact on my house when we bought it. They also did the termite inspection for purchase and FAILED to mark that the house had extensive termite damage. They were the ones who treated for these termites and it could clearly be seen under the house. We have thousands of dollars worth of damage to the house. I contacted the State and they cited them for their failure but cannot make them pay for the damage since we switched to Canady's for our service. I have been calling for m... read more
