RecommendedMy family and I have been living here for about a year and a half. The park is a nice size for my toddlers, they really enjoy it. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and we feel pretty safe here, we even enjoy the occasional evening walk. This is a child friendly neighborhood, definitely recommend if you have children.
We had lived here for about two years now with very little problems and Tyler and Nicole have been really helpful and Tyler really went the extra mile when we were closing on our new homeThe first week after moving in I drop my wallet some where and it was returned to the office with all the cash still in it.
I have been here a little over 10 years now. Nice place to live, Staff is very nice and in most cases accommodating to your needs. I would like to give them 5 stars but nobody gets that. 4 stars is top of the line for me. Have a great day
Very clean and quiet. I'm new here and we like it a lot
I am a new resident at colonial estates but I love how the neighborhood is quiet, the kids play freely without worrying. Unlike many other mobile home parks you can fence your yard. The neighbors and property manager are great!
