If I could score this at a zero, I would. This complex has drainage issues causing mold in the building which they have covered over with new ceiling tiles and paint. The vent from the laundry room vents just outside the apartment windows, The windows are in disrepair, the furnaces don't get cleaned, mold under the sink in the kitchen, sidewalks are severely cracked and heaved making walking dangerous, no lighting on the building to navigate said walkways / stairs in the evening.
