Violating Leases & walking in Apt. unannounced lying to neighbors. The said complainant is only telling half truths about the situation. The correspondence via text did take place when she inquired about the discoloration and odor of the water at the property, as we are on a well at the property and have been having issues with the conditioning system that services the units.
