This place is horrible. I live here now and keep to myself. If you aren't one of the core, long time, tenants good luck getting anything done or fair treatment. I've had my vehicle vandalized and afterward I got a warning for excessive speed in the parking lot. I park less than 50 feet from the exit, it would be almost impossible for me to speed considering where I park. Found a bag of pot in the front lobby. I live at the apartment it is a good place time to time but people are sometimes steeling packages it's not nice.
This place is the worst to live. I swear I heard gunshots last night and something hitting my wall. The fact that a place is "labeled" as a good place to live and rent is ridiculous. It is truly disgusting that I have to pay rent to such a terrifying place to live. Let alone the rent is the way to high and unlivable for a community this horrendous. Take better care of your apartments and people living in them and keep those ridiculous criminals in check.
I've lived here for about 7 years now, and I've really enjoyed it. When you have any issues, as long as you communicate with management, they take care of it pretty quick! Key word is communication :) Genuinely one of the best places for the price, especially if you're limited income.
