I have lived here for a year now. This place is clean, quiet and convenient. Very happy to be living here.

Rent rises every year but the state of the building continues to diminish. Buildings are nice infested and out dated. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE MOVING IN HERE!
You get what you pay for. I lived here for 10 months. I’m a graduate student, and thought this property was nice for a decent price. The property is unkept and neighbors leave trash in hallways and lobby. Maintenance would take forever to come or sometimes wouldn’t even come at all. I was lied to about them coming. I had to come out of pocket and pay for my own Terminix to deal with roaches and mice because the property wouldn’t. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
MICE AND ROACH INFESTED!!! Management does not care about your needs!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY !
