I just finished a 15 month insurance claim that involved significant work to address storm damage. It should not have taken that long but I blame that mostly on my insurance company (adjuster). In the end, the roof was completely redone to include the foundation, all of the siding was replaced, and some window’s were replaced. They walked me through several rounds of discussions with my insurance company on covering roof replacement and certainly earned my business through their effort, knowledge and patience. Eric and team were great to work with, kept me informed the whole way and did an excellent and timely job of installing the roof.
We first hired Colonial Contracting Inc to do a full roof replacement for us in 2020, working with our insurance and supporting us through the claim process. Recently I noticed that some of our rakeboards (original to the house, almost 40 years old!) were rotting and I reached out to CCI to see if we could work with them again because we had been so satisfied.
