DO NOT BRING YOUR SUBARU HERE. After 5 months in the shop we finally got our 2018 outback returned when it was a minor collision to the rear driver bumper and quarter panel. The wait was largely due to them not having a Subaru certified tech (the only reason we brought it here) when they claimed to. This is only decent place to bring a car and any question about car repair in the Hampton Roads area. I received an estimate from a Norfolk Collision Repair Center that was 5 times more expensive than the estimate given by Karen at Colonial Collision. When I picked up my car, the repair was exquisite. Cannot recommend this place––and Karen––more highly: totally competent, professional, and extraordinary!
