Awesome service, prices, and hospitality! I needed links taken off of my watch and it was done in minutes! My go to jeweler in Cleveland!
I would not trust the guy!! Gary looks and acts like he is absolutely sincere and does his best to help and advise, but all that just a mask! He made me pay double price for jewelry items that have no value and not certified! He also refused to exchange for the same price. I am wondering…. Why He would not exchange the items that were sold in his store…? Is it because he knows that he will never be able to sell it again due to it is just good plated fake stuff …?
