Great view 👌 and good people
Dec 2024 update on review - color scheme changed on buildings after some flashing and roof facia added. (new photo provided of grey with white trimmings...my initial review follows... I have enjoyed the environment at Colonial Club Condos for more than a decade. My friends have owned for many years, first a place on the first floor that required a short walk to view the water, then later a second story condo with Intracoastal view. Pictures of top floor apartment with terrific view of pool and intercostal not accurate. Apartment was not clean and had mold around the refrigerator plus ceiling vent in kitchen had mold . The place is old and tired, would not recommend.
Arlene Gray is having the landscapers remove and destroy our expensive plants and vegetation she is not environmentally friendly. What little shade we have will be removed. The plants and trees are crying. Please stop! You are not a master Gardener.
