Lovely property on the Intracoastal. Well mantained.
After buying a condo and living there for about four years, I can attest to being quite happy living there. The HOA is very well organized, as far as I could tell and had the same issues that other condo associations have due to insurance companies and state regulations. The biggest asset that they have is their property manager, Ed Scalzitti. He’s a hard working, straight forward and honest man for whom I have the utmost confidence, trust and respect. If CCCA didn’t have Ed, they would be in trouble.

Dec 2024 update on review - color scheme changed on buildings after some flashing and roof facia added. (new photo provided of grey with white trimmings...my initial review follows... I have enjoyed the environment at Colonial Club Condos for more than a decade. My friends have owned for many years, first a place on the first floor that required a short walk to view the water, then later a second story condo with Intracoastal view.
