Worst management company i’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Rented a townhouse for over 2 years and you had to basically beg them to get maintenance to fix anything in the slightest. Basement flooded because of broken HVAC that we asked to get fixed several times and they did nothing about and then they charged us for the damage??? My husband and I applied for these homes, we both have good credit and great jobs and was denied for some reason, we called the creditors and they told us there was no reason to be denied and to call the office to see why and got no answers… we were denied 10 minutes after applying and paying a app fee… we are still looking into it to find out why we were discriminated against and why we really were denied..

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The apartment itself is nice and spacious, especially for the price. But the hidden problems inside the apartment are a disaster. And the company does not do a well job of managing or handling their problems. Our basement had leaking water in it (which they knew about) and did not resolve. This eventually led to black mold in our basement. My wife ended up with respiratory issues and had to have hospital care for. Me and my girlfriend have enjoyed our past one and a half years in a two bed one and a half bath townhouse at Colonial Club! The office is very responsive to needs and very friendly and helpful when any concerns arise. I cannot speak for the apartments, but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy and spacious place to live! (especially for the price!!)

For the townhouse you will have the basement, first floor with kitchen and living room that has exist to the backyard and second floor with bedroom and extra room. It is an old place but you still have a nice place. Plus, 2 spaces for 2 cars. However, the electric bill in this area is overprice.
